Parliament may well be next on the naming, shaming and jailing agenda of investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.Minority Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu in an interview with Joy News' Elton John Brobbey confirmed hearing rumours Anas' radar may be turned on the law makers.
"I have also heard there could be something on Parliament," he said, but was quick to add that any such investigation will not be to "rock the boat" of Parliament but to reform the House.
The Judiciary is now in the eye of the storm as Ghanaians read and watch in shock transcripts and videos of bribe taking judges and court officials.
There were 12 High Court Judges, 22 lower court judges and over a 100 court officials who were ready to sell justice for goats, money and other benefits, the investigation revealed.
There were however some judges who remained morally upright and proved incorruptible, Anas observed.
Having already visited the ports, prisons, health institutions and now the judiciary, all of which have produced damning verdict of corruption in high and low places in the country, the public is anxious about which institution will be next on Anas' radar.
Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu welcomed any attempt by Anas to expose MPs but was quick to point out that Parliament like the presidency or any other institution does not have angels.
"Nobody should consider himself or herself as angel or any institution as angelic. At the presidency we do not have angels. Within the executive we do not have a population of angels. There may be some people with criminal intent pursing their own agenda..." he said.
He believes Anas' approach is one of the ways in fighting corrupting, an approach he said transforms perceptions of corruption into realities of corruption.
